Our beautiful city hosts our restaurant Lettuce Eat, we are located at the Mirage Centre in Down Town. We are rapidly making a name for ourselves as the restaurant, and event celebration destination with the best vibes.
We are proud to have already hosted a number of events including corporate events, weddings, dinners and birthday celebrations. I mean isn't it possible?
The thought that started it all. Our founder Brad Presley had grown up being raised by his grandmother in the afternoons. She had fruit trees that grew in the backyard as well as a small food garden. Brad would often spend these warm days enjoying the food cooked with fresh ingredients, and a love for food was shared and cultivated.
It was only later in life that he thought well I mean isn't it possible to recapture this feeling and share it. The idea to open a restaurant was then realized, although maybe it was born all those years ago in his grandmother's kitchen. A place filled with love, food and laughter.
